Is it the relay, how to check and witch one is it. Or can it be the cltuch himself, is it possible that the cluth stick on and how to check ???

I assume that you have the thermatic clutch fan. There is no electronic control. A heat sensing spring controls an internal valve that allows the fan to either engage or freewheel. Imperial or Hayden have an aftermarket unit that has a 5 yr. warranty. I would not try to repair one. Also available from Beck Arnley Worldparts- NAPA- Advance Auto Parts.
Mine also failed in lockup,4 cyl uses the same part number (per my BA catalog) so you might get lucky at the local salvage yard?
