In addition to the seat itself, it should include seat belts, bolts to secure the seat belts to the wheelwell and reinforcers (round sort of half-moon looking thingamagigs the seat belt bolts will bolt into and which fit inside the wheelwell just behind the top of the tire), bolts to secure the seatbelts to the top of the car (the hole for the bolt is under the headliner), a foot or so long angle iron that will fit under the seat and, if my memory serves me correctly, under the car, which several bolts will bolt into to hold the seat down, a latch, a couple of brackets that bolt onto the rear seat, and a few other pieces that someone else can perhaps recall. If you don't get these reinforcing items, the seat will not be safe in the event of an accident. Make sure the seller sends you these as they are pretty hard to find otherwise. Also, get a set of instructions. There may be some drilling involved as well. It took me the better part of a day to install mine, but now I love it. Also, I also found a handle that fits on the headliner just in front of the tailgate for the kids to grab on their way out. You might try to get this too. If you feel under the headliner near the light you'll find the holds for the screws that hold this handle.
