High Output Coil for 83 240? 200

The ignition coil in my 1983 240 may be going bad. Does anyone make a high output coil for this car; or will a generic one (MSD, Jacobs, others) work?

    stick with the bosch coil number that yours has. most of the generics don't work and i haven't seen any msds, etc. listed or used. customer came in with a bosch blue coil and the car wouldn't accelerate without serious ping throughout the entire rpm range. not enough voltage available. good luck, chuck.
