The Rembolts always do a gorgeous job of modifying old Volvos, no matter what the specifics are. A while back, I asked Dale whether the Super Peanut is liveable as a driver, and the answer was No, not really. It's too crowded and too hot inside. There just isn't much room between the upper suspension arms in an old Volvo, so the engine is set way back and intrudes into the cabin space.

Son Kevin showed up at the last iPd Garage Sale with a '58 Mercedes 190SL that has a '58 Corvette motor in it -- it was converted right after the original owner bought it. That one was a lot more viable. Obviously, he didn't have it on display, as it's not a Volvo or Subaru.
