I can't find the sizes anywhere not even the volvo dealer knows. I measured myself and found the 2 back door speakers were 5.25" an the front doors were 6"- someonee please correct me if im wrong. But im stuck on the dash speakers. i dont know what they are if there some kind of mid or a tweeter or whatever but there not very tall and how do you get them off the grill?????? what size are they even? lol im about to push this car off a cliff please someone help me out!!!

They are 3.5" in the dash.

Take a flat head screwdriver and gently lift up on the bottom of the speaker grill and they will pop off and the pull out.

pop of the cover at the bottom...then you will see to flat header plastic rivets, you lever these up then the speakers LIFT out...

the speakers are cast into the dash grills...not an easy changeand are mid/trebble units driven from the head unit directly (the head unit contains a high pass filter and amps to drive these)

the door speakers are bascially 5.23" all round - you will have to DRILL out the rivets holding htem in place to get them out, they are full range and driven by the amp.

the speakers are all 4ohm and if your goign to use the standard head unit should be repalced with 4ohm speakers...

mounting the speakers back in is a bit of a pita, to be honest if i was goin to do it again I would remove all the inner door trims first, mount he speakers to the doors then work the trims back on....if you mount to the trims (asi did) you loose a lot of bass control...
