A/C oil 900

I have a 1994 940. Can someone tell me which PAG oil I am supposed to use? And where do I find mineral oil to put on the orings?

Pag 100 works for these ( as per the 700/900 FAQ). I used to use ND ( non -detergernt)30w oil for o-rings, but have used Nylog now for a couple of years, and like it much better.

Use Nylog for the O-rings. Common recommendation on the brickboard.

It is available from ACkits.com

I can't help with the PAG oil - GM uses PAG 150. By the way Ester Oil comes with the 740 and 760 Conversion kits. I would check with the dealer. Not the cheapest, but sure to get the right stuff.

Cars that were factory fill R-134 normaly use PAG. Ester oil is used for conversion since it is compatible with the mineral oil that may have been left behind from the conversion.
