B20 Replacement Water Pipes 140-160

I picked up a B20E a couple weeks back with the intention of swapping it with my B20B (but keeping the 2 carbs on). The two metal water pipes on the new engine are rediculously corroded inside. Anyone know where i can source some pipes that are in reasonable shape (its pretty safe to assume the pipes on my B20B are in the same, if not worse condition).

Part Numbers:
460362-7 Water Outlet Pipe (thats the short one)
419331-4 Return Pipe (thats the long one)

Yeah that shorter pipe connects to the oil cooler that is on the side of my engine. Ive been told that its a pretty rare part (the oil cooler) and it only came on some of the B20E's. Here is a pic of the block showing the cooler:

That oil cooler is really cool! I have never seen one before. Please let us know how it works. Plenty of pictures when you have everything hooked up will be great as well.

Those oil coolers were standard on 1800s for years. I had one on the original B18 that was in my '67. It used a unique Y-shaped lower radiator hose, one branch feeding the water pump and the other the oil cooler. At this point, I don't remember the squigley tube, but it must have had something of that sort -- the radiator hose wasn't nearly long enough to reach the cooler directly.

I have not seen one that wasn't on a B18 in an 1800, though. I chose not to transfer it to the several B20s the car has had since, and ended up giving the whole mess to a friend last time we moved.

That S shaped piece does look odd. It must be part of the intake manifold FI temperature sensing system for cold start control, running from the back of the head to the manifold.
The return pipe is a very commonly corroded piece, especially up at the end that connects to the water pump, on the outside where the o-ring sits. I would look at scrapyards, but if you want a new one, I would guess that Volvo or GCP.se (Genuine Classic Volvo Parts)would have that pipe and at a reasonable cost.

Try www.scandcar.com who is much cheaper than GCP. They are in the Netherlands or somewhere, but supply international. Almost all the parts are either OEM or made in the same factory. Ask for normal mail. It is half the price of express air mail, and is only slower when there is a lot of international mail going around like close to December.

All of the ones I have seen had a fabricated 3/8" pipe elbow that screws
into the back of the head and a hose hooks to it that goes to the heater.
Had never seen the crank-shaped pipe before. I do have a spare 3/8" pipe
    elbow though.
