Is this too much for a 98 V90 with 96000?

It's a one owner car that is at a new Volvo dealor. Its seems to be in nice shape. Price is 12995. Seems like a lot when I only paid 2000 for my 240 from the same place with 150,000.

    Kelley Blue Book suggested 'retail' pricing is $13,360 for this car with 96k.
