Rear Side Glass & Trim Removal 1984 GL Wagon 200

I discovered some localized rust inside the cargo section glass by the rear side vent, and I would like to remove the outside trim, the glass, and the gasket to properly fix it.

If anyone has done this removal, I'd appreciate some guidance on how to get the trim off, and the glass out, without breaking both.
