I would like to know where the wire from the spade marked "S", or center spade on the front fog light switch goes. I have the relay and switch but am not sure where to connect the wires. There are four spades on the back of the switch - One marked "+" one marked "s" and two on the bulb. I really need to know where to connect all of them. Thank you.

+ is from the fusebox to the switch.
S is the signal out from the switch to the Relay.

this is how relays work. a "+" wire from the battery goes to the relay, a "+" connection goes from the relay to the thing being powered (in this case the fog lights) this "+" wire is only hot when the control wire from the switch goes to ground. without the schematics you can work out what's going on using a multimeter and a little deductive reasoning. I am not familiar with the relay set up you are dealing with but I am enclosing a schematic from a old volvo I have hanging around, the reverse switch relay, at the bottom of the list #118 in the diagram, should give you enough info to work it out.
