Valve timing for a B28 F 700 1986

I am after the valve timing for a B28 F. Can anyone supply this or a site that has the information. Also any info on setting up ignition timing for same.

    I'm glad to see there's another B28F owner out there. You'll discover that we are the "red headed stepchildren" of Volvo ownership. The Haynes manual has a good section on ignition timing- not sure about valve timing. I got mine on e-bay for 8.50 incl. shipping. Good Luck!
