Can I fit an 8 inch wide wheel on the rear of a 67 122 wagon? The suspension is stock. The backspacing of the wheels that I am considering is 3.5. The front ones are 7 inches wide, with the same backspacing.

I would tend to say no... 7" is a big stretch... 8" and you'll likely run into clearance ussues both at the outer fender edge, as well as inside at the upper spring mount.

But maybe with the absolute *perfect* offset, some metal work, the right tires, and a little luck....?
