Well, the antenna mast on my 760 has been frozen about 10" up for almost 6 months and I think it finally caused the motor to sieze up. (Even if a mast replacement would have worked, I'd want to replace the whole unit.) OEM from Groton is $95, but I can get a Harada for about 1/3 of that. Anyone had experience with that brand - specs look good, but ...

    Harada is good . I believe they are OEM supplier to Japanese and other cars.

    You can replace it with a fixed mast for under $30 from Volvo. It's much more sturdy and gets better reception.
