940 wrinkly door trim panels

Anyone figured out a way of dealing with the wrinkly 940 door trim syndrome? Short that is of parting with a kidney to finance the Volvo purchase.

Slowly working my way through this thing. The bumpers are now colour coded, as is the tailgate spoiler.

Tomorrow sees me taking an air hacksaw to the pristine floor in the spare wheel well to flatten out the floor to get a gas (lpg) tank in it. And I need to replace the bushes to cure the excess play in the gear lever for the M90.

Regards

Pete

You could probably use some sort of adhesive release on the wrinkly edges of the panels, then re-glue them. Try a hot air gun on low setting to see if that will release the adhesive without damaging the vinyl.
