I need a use Blower motor and Temperature selector for a 1987 740 Volvo w/AC. Does any one know a place to get used parts for these items? I really don't want to spend a whole bunch!

    Hey Steve,

    Does your car have an Automatic Climate control? If not, then you can use a GM part, Chevy Citation. Its pretty cheap. I had to replace mine last year, but I had the ACC and it cost be CND $60, aftermarket from Canadian Tire. However, last week, I heard it squeeling and finally it stopped working. The motor still runs, but the fan doesnt. I need to get it checked.

    where do you live? check your yellow pages for auto recycling, u-pull auto parts, etc.
