MY WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR WORKS, BUT MAKES A LOUD WIRRING AND CLACKING NOISE AS IT WORKS. THE FASTER THE SPEED OF THE WIPERS, THE LOUDER AND FASTER THE NOISE. CAN THIS BE ELINMINATED WITHOUT REPLACING THE MOTOR?
