PLEASE !! HELP...ALL i NEED TO DO IS CHARGE THE A/C WITH COOLANT (R-134a) THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I DO NOT HAVE THE SLIGHEST IDEA WHERE THE LOW SIDE SERVICE PORT IS LOCATED ON THIS VEHICLE AND IT IS MY FIRST TIME WITH A VOLVO AND I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ALL OVER THE INTERNET FOR THE LAST 4 DAYS WITHOUT ANY LUCK TRYING TO GET SCHEMATICS OF THE SYSTEM.(I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT GETTING SCHEMATICS OF ANY VOLVO SYSTEM IS LIKE FINDING THE HOLY GRAIL!!!)...AT ANY RATE I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE E-MAIL ME IF YOU CAN ASSIST...(IN THE IMMORTAL WORDS OF MOE SIZZLACK "I'LL DO ANYTHING")........YOURS TRULY...KENTT

P.S. THE CAR IS A 740 GLE 16 VALVE

    Would you be so kind as to turn off the all capitals? It is the internet equivalent of yelling.

    The picture below shows the R134 fill port on my car. The fill port is in the center of the black rectangle. If the car has been converted to R134 with a Volvo kit, the fill port will be there, or just in front of the receiver/dryer (but connected to the high pressure line in the same place).

    On the rear of the compressor, usually the driver's side port but they are labeled with the letter for the german word for high and low, something like that.
