Will 960 electric seats interchange with 740 manual seats? 700 1990

Couldn't find any 940 manual seats at the junkyards I called in central and southern Maine. One junkyard had 960 electric seats. Will these electric seats fit in a 740 without any modifications to the tracks? Can they be wired up to work? thanks, Keith
