It's a wonder the starter and the flywheel are still good. The car has always taken two times to start. When I hold the ignition to start the first time, the engine turns over...and over..then I pause. Wait until everything quiets, then turn the ignition to start and the engine starts right up.
I want it to start the first time. I haven't ever gotten into the fuel delivery side of these 240s..but I'm suspecting that the first crank sorta is "priming" up the fuel rack and the second crank allows the injectors to spray. I'm clueless though. Can you help me with fixing this thing? Thanks,
