For those of you who went the extra mile for me on my Volvo I wanted to Thank Youand to give you the newest update. The car is running......Yes indeed. Finally after hundreds of dollars it drives like it should. I am not sure it was worth it all but I am legally disabled and money does not grow on trees.

Today I received a letter from the preacher man. Preacher man States this: Although I have prayed for your sole know this and know it well-some things will go very badly in your life. As you know last June you stole a car from me"

No preacher man I stopped payment on a check I wrote you for a car you advertised in the local newspaper "Volvo Good Running Condition" You know the one you sold supposedly for your church yet you deposited my check into your personal account which in turn you bounced checks all over town.

Preacher man...You sold me a car that was not running and you forged your signature on the title that didn't belong to you. (Isn't that called fraud?) I say your the one who needs to ask God for forgiveness before something really bad happens to you.

Car is running now.....It cost us over $800.000. Car still smokes and needs at least another $500.00 to get it in "good running" condition.

I hope you have fun searching this site preacher man and my proof I did not deliberately steal from you.

God help you.

I was reading your story, and it sounds like you and "preacher man" have a disagreement. Let me give you this piece of advice: talk to a lawyer. You don't have to get a full consultation, but see if one will give you some free advice about what options you have. My fear is the "preacher man" might call the police and report that you have refused payment on the car. You have a legitimate reason to refuse payment on the car. You also said he forged his signiture on the title, actually you can't forge your own name, but if he signed his or anyone else's name on on title to a car that didn't belong to him, that is illegal. Good luck with this situation.
