Weird noise coming from York AC Pump after clutch change 200 1983

I had a metallic noise coming from my clutch-pulley assembly, so I popped the old one off (which had been so shot that you could see the ball bearings) and put in a sealed-bearing unit. Now, when the AC pump runs, there is a noise that does not resemble the old noise.

This all being said, what is the proper torque tension for the bolt that holds the clutch onto the rest of the unit? I think I also need to tighten the belt, but I want that torque number first.

is it some type of humming noise? maybe the bearings need some time to sit.

Yeah, it's a hum (thankfully, no clashing or thrashing). It's a sealed-bearing clutch, so I guess it would sound different from an unsealed clutch.
