O2 sensor bypass? 700 1992

Is there any way to bypass the O2 sensor on my rex-regina 92 740? Or, do I have to replace it to see if it's bad? I have a no start problem. Also, is the same true with the knock sensor?

The O2 sensor will not cause a no-start, merely very poor running. Bypassing it is not a good idea because it is the major means of mixture management for your engine: no sensor, no correct mixture.

Ditto with the knock sensor, which alters timing according to knock.

Look elsewhere for a no-start problem and keep these two sensors in good shape for economy and good performance.
