I am in the middle of doing a valve job because of blown head gasket. I have the turbo off and have cleaned both in and out oil pipes, but if I pour oil in
the top of turbo oil hole it doesn't run out the bottom, it only slowly drips
out the bottom. Is this normal or is something stopped up in turbo. It is
the mitsi turbo.

the oilf low through is only fed by gravity alone. it is normal. while it is off you should check thew gasket going into the engine head it may need replcing and cooling lines below the oil filter.
