Who was looking for an ECU for a 740 DOHC?

Hope that works...anyway, there it is, and let me assure you, these are few and far between. When I needed one, and neither I nor my customer wanted to spend the bucks for new, it took me three weeks to find one.

Who was looking for an ECU for a 740 DOHC?

I think I have one ot two here. They passed early tests for use in B230F cars. No anomalies noted during my driving time, but I did not go to long. Another guy has used one exclusively in his 8-valve 240 for quite a while. How about heads for the 16V cars, any point to collecting those from cars that did not break a T-belt?

I'm saving an entire B234F motor out of a 91 940GLE, as well as the computers and such. Do I think I will need any of it any time soon? Nope. But you can bet your fanny, as soon as I cart it off to the junk yard, someone will need it.
