1) Unscrew the pop up locking button
2) Prise out the two plastic bungs in the arm rest handle, and undo the two long screws inside. Rotate the handle upwards through 90 degrees to release a catch at the front
3) Click out the plastic trim round the door opener. I think models may vary - you may need to pull the knob off.
4) Click the plastic strip off the window winder. One end springs, the other hooks over, but I can't remember which. Go carefully - it is easy to break it. Then undo the screw and pull the knob off the splines.
5)Use a wide thin screwdriver inserted between the cardboard panel and the door frame to gently pop out each stud fastening all the way round. They are about every 4 inches. Once you have lifted the card a bit, you will see where the next one is. Get the screwdriver as close as possible before twisting it. Some of them are bound to pull out of the card - glue them back later with epoxy.
5) Swing the door liner out from the bottom, and lift it upwards - it hooks just on the window cill. At this point, pull the wires off the speaker.
I think that's everything. I may have forgotten smething, but it's pretty straightforward. Just go carefully on the plastic clips.
Reassembly is the reverse, as they say. You need to get the plastic stud poppers accurately aligned with their holes , then work round giving each a sharp thump to spring it back in. Start at the top after hooking over the cill. Don't forget the pop up button, or the speaker wires.
