Electrical Gremlins 900 1996

Radio cuts off then back on and car seems to loose power for a split second whenever the headlight switch is moved to the on position or this sometimes happens when brakes are applied as well as whenever the front window switches are activatd. What could be the cause of this I am at my whits end.
