Nice question Phil. I would be lying if I said I wasnt excited about what I am bringing. It looks like I will be driving my newly completed 122 wagon out of the garage and straight down to P-town from Olympia, breaking in the new engine on the trip. Hopefully I can get the damn thing tuned right... Should install the engine and start it next week.
It is on air suspension (one of only 2 122s like it) and is COMPLETELY rebuilt. From the paint on up to the body seals, everything is new (except rear end and tranny). The paint is low-gloss black John Deere implement enamel. Custom interior in floral. Sweet stereo. The suspension incorporates an engine driven air compressor, 5 gal tank, and 8 individually operated solenoid valves for on-the-fly suspension adjustment. IPD sways, Koni adjustables.
Standard '74 B20, .030 over. Ported with high rev lifters, pushrods, 2x valve springs, Isky vv71, Dellortos, custom header, 2 1/2 exhaust (tentatively). All balanced to 1/2 a gram and assembled by a pro race shop.
I am sure I am forgeting something, but you should see it, I will be showing in the IPD lot. It is one of a kind.
