With any cam change - be prepared to change the shims to maintain proper valve clearance. A new timing belt and tensioner, with all new front seals and valve cover gasket are a good idea. A reinforcement plate across the rear cam plug is good insurance as well. Make sure you use assembly lube on bearings and cam lobes when you put your new cam in. Torque the bearing caps down equally in at least 3 increments.
