Has anyone replaced the bracket that holds the front license plate? I have a new one but the old one seems to be riveted in. Before I pull the drill I thought I'd ask for input on the best way to remove it. Appreciate any tips.

    I've removed several but they where all bolted...the plate side did not have a "head" so to speak but behind the bumper had a nut and threads.
