does anyone know where to get new front and rear bumpers (just the plastic exterior)?
The place locally wants $400 total for both.

Try www.borton.com for good dealer prices on new units. If you can take the fading (which can be repaired by repainting per the FAQ) then get them from a boneyard. They are very easy to remove.
