What lousy photos!!!
I'd guess its an M410, most of which came on 164s, and won't fit a B20.
Some came on 1800Es, and will fit a B20, but they're not particularly desirable due to input bearing problems(164 models have different input shafts).

I'm certainly no expert.

But from that picture I don't see bolt heads holding the trans to the bellhousing. Which indicates to me it isn't an M41.

But I wouldn't be able to distinguish it from an M410 or M45, I've never particularly seen either of them.

If it is an M410 and from an 160 series I don't think it will work (without modifications) to a B18/B20.
