Re-occuring Check Engine: 1-2-3, ECT, help... 200

Every few months or so, I get the same code show up in my 93 245. I've replaced the ECU as well. It always happens when I've got the cruise set and I've been driving for a while. I can never find the problem and just reset the code. I have a rebuilt 951 ECU and have concluded it's the problem. If you want to go further, I'd recommend you side probe at the ECU to see if the resistances (or voltages) are correct. The Bentley manual has a section that goes over that. If you find the problem, pls let us know.

I believe the engine will not start with a failed 561 ECU. The problem as I understand it is caused by a bad ground in the ECU to the fuel pump relay. Dan
