No start after cleaning PCV hoses in 91 740 turbo Help. 700 1991

Everything was fine. Just a little preventative maintenence.
Front wheels are up on ramps.

Fuel pump comes on, but no cranking. Just rapid click-click-click.

While it is clicking, the instrument panel lights all flash in the same rhythm.

Battery voltage is OK. No ignition or fuel injection codes on the OBD.

The only work I did was detach and clean the small and large PCV hoses from the oil trap box and reconnect them.

I unclipped the sensor (temp?) that plug into the turbo air intake hose, but am pretty sure it is reseated, if that matters.

The only good thing is that at least the car is already in the shop instead of the side of the road.

Any comments welcomed.

Thanks.

    Missing info.

Why was your car on ramps?

By click, you mean relay click? Starter click? Does is turn over when you turn the key?

Car was on ramps as I am currently tracking down an oil leak. (hence the attention to the PCV system)

Clicking loud and coming from the engine compartment, not the relay center in the dash, so I assume its the starter, but I am unfamiliar with trouble shooting this component. Engine does not turn over at all.

You've got a low battery dude. Jump it or charge it.
