Weird O2 sensor readings 700 1991

Hi: I just checked my O2 sensor after a fault code (O2 sensor). What I found was the sensor heater is OK,but the signal output is odd.
The signal once up to operating temperature cycled between 60-90 mV. This is about 1/10 of what I would expect.
Just pitch it or does this indicate it has deposits built up on it?
Any info. welcome.

Thanks IBS740 91 740 T wgn

No I have the right range, the DVM is an auto range model. I forgot to mention that.

And it is on DC, not AC?

Your sensor is no good if that is the voltage it is putting out.
