General consensus... on IPDs adjustable panhard rod 200 1990

Gentlemen,

My ride is lowered on TMEs (all bushes done, Bils, sways, braces) and I was considering the adjustable panhard rod as an upgrade 1) to bring the rear back into its proper position, and 2) to add another solid component to my suspension set-up. Also, I like the idea of more polyurethane in the rear of the car.

Any opinions on this particular quick and easy "upgrade"?

Peace, Jon

To evaluate how this will help your car I would measure from tire to wheel well to see how off center you are. Another consideration is if your existing tire size and height causes any rubbing. Considering the poly bushings alone are worth $20 the price is good. I put full poly on the rear of my wagon. For my Sedan once I put my Bilsteins and B&G lowering springs if its off center I'll probably get the adjustable. Don't think I would go through the trouble of doing the front trailing arms in poly again.

Apart from heavier springs and in some years a different swaybar, the
wagon rear suspension is identical to the sedan's. Therefore, sedan
vs. wagon doesn't matter. KL did set the model/year to 200/1990, and
only one 2-series - the 240 - was produced in 1990, with only one
engine, the B230. Transmission type is pretty irrelevant to this
discussion.
