Turbo front sway on '92 240, can I use '92 brackets? 200

have '84 front sway and want to put it on my '92 am wondering if I have to buy new bushings/brackets to accomodate or can I use existing hardware.

    So the turbo front sway is 23mm, correct? You will need to get the 23mm busings, new is the best choice, but at the dealer, they only have the new style 23mm bushings. This means you will need to buy the new style brackets as well. All of the parts you need aren't that expensive, though.

    Do you have a better rear sway bar as well?

    Just put a Turbo bar on my 1990. I used the orginal brackets but bought a new bushing. Make sure you get a Turbo bushing with the correct diameter. My Turbo bar was 23mm.

    The bracket and bushing for the thin bar will not work too well with the 23 mm turbo bar. If you had the turbo bracket, there is a poly-u bushing that works but you might be stuck. Look for a 245T which will have the front turbo bar and a useless rear bar. Maybe the brackets can be had there.
