plastic headliner from 245 in 145? 140-160

In my times of wandering around boneyards, I've seen that
some of the late 70s 245s had a plastic headliner instead
of the fabric type headliner in my 140s. I'm planning on
tearing my 68 145 apart and painting everything and replacing
the holes in the floor with metal and so on and it would be
nice to have the plastic headliner instead of the fabric.
Has anyone tried this?

My "71 142E came with a plastic headliner which, though intact, is very badly stained. I have, therefore, a similar question: do 240 headliners work in 140s?
