Sounds like a bad brake regulator. also known as a junction box.

there is one in the front and one in the back.

to clarify, there is a junction block at the front and 2 brake compensators in the rear. are you sure the rears are acting first or are they sticking in the calipers? if it didn't happen before the pads, it shouldn't be happening now. i suppose if you forced fluid back into master cylinder when you compressed the pistons, the junction block might be the problem now. i always open the bleeder screws and let the fluid out the caliper when i compress the piston. keeps this kind of stuff from happening. and always open the bleeders with an abs car. that dirty fluid is rough on abs parts. good luck, chuck.

The rear brakes are supposed to brake before the front brakes, this allows the car to compensate for the front end dive. there is a valve in you braking system that makes the rear brakes work first. it sounds like you have a case of sticky calipers. spray the pistons down with some lube.
