Selling my 240 200

Hi, I'm selling my 1984 240 and would like it to go to a good Volvo home. It has 140,000 miles, a blown head gasket, a loose wire in the main wiring harness and fourth gear doesn't work although it has power all the way to the OD switch under the car. The mechanic says $1200 to make it a solid car again but I don't have the time to work on it myself and can't spend the money on it right now.     Just a suggestion: it'd help people to email you if you left an email address. A location would be nice too.

    BTW, nice looking car, but I'm guessing from the scenery that you're too far away for me to come get it. Too bad, I'm looking for a car for my son's birthday next month.

    It is a GL, right? POwer windows, chrome door lock knobs, etc. Is it running a bit hot? My 1979 had a head gasket problem, and ran close to the red for years.

    What city are you near? Any rust problems?
