headliner 700 1990

any ideas how to fix the headliner on the cheap??

    I did it REALLY cheap...

    I ripped out the old one carefully....There will be some foam bits falling all over the place (vacuum later). I then bought some fabric spray (black) from the local Canadian Tire store and spray painted on top of the foam insulation. I left the headliner on the sunroof since it was seperately attached, I just painted over that too with the spray. Surprisingly enough, it turned out pretty nice - not to mention easy and cheap.

    Can be fixed for about $25.00 and a weekends work. I did mine with vinyl material which is a heck of a lot better than the std. fuzz. If you are interested in how to do it e-mail me at sgl@adelphia.net.
