v8 conversion 200 1987

All the crazier Volvo folks out there:

After swapping in my 81 front body parts (quarter panels, hood and lighting system) to my 87 wagon I decided that I had come this far, why stop! So I was thinking of perhaps swapping in an older 351 v8 that I just happen to have lying around.

Or

Am I bettor off getting a turbo from IPD and putting that in?

If any of you all have done either of these options please let me know what I can expect for cost, reliability and any other tips that you might have, thanks so much!!

You may want to ask this in the V8 forum ...

In any case, it's not a simple bolt-on project, and whatever you think it'll cost, at least double the figure as a starting estimate.
