R/R Front Headrests 200 1984

Found a better pair of headrests for my 84 245's front seats. How do the old ones come out?

Thanks

Don said it all, I just wanted to add an illustration of what you will be feeling for:

It's a bit of a pain the first time you do it and it feels like something is going to break, but it's very simple. Get in the back seat and press your fingers into the back of the front seat just below the headrest. You should feel a couple of tabs in there, press on them and have someone pull up on the headrest.

I have found that you can pull out one side at a time if, while dealing with the second side, you are careful not to relieve the upward pressure you just exerted on the first side. This way one person can do it. I have always done it myself with a bit of yanking and pulling. If it's pretty stuck, however, you'll probably need to tag-team it with a helper.
