Oliver is close, but not exactly correct. Nor will I be...but I'll give it my best shot.
THe "bullhorn" fronts were appropriate though '64. perhaps into early '65, but I sorta don't think so. My '65 had (stress on "had") the later style. The wrap-around rear was the same deal... if the car came stock with bullhorns, it would have had the wraparound rears. The earliest of early prototypes had bullhorns in back too, but that never made it to production.
As for interchanging them, it can be done.. as I did on mine. But I honestly don't remember if I had to swap the entire mounts as well or not. I'm thinkin' I did. And, for the wraparound rear bumper, you definitely need to cut holes for the side mounts in teh middle of the rear fenders, and then bolt said mounts to the floor of the trunk.
The bullhorns also had round edges with no rubber as opposed to the flat faces on the later ones that were covered with a strip of rubber... for this reason, the bullhorns are a bit skinnier, which is why I think you need the earlier mounts.
Also, there my have been some sort of mandatory shock absorber mount that would have been on the '73ES, as we saw with the 140/160 series. I would wager to guess them ones are totally different, though look the same.
Below is my car after having converted to the bullhorns...
