740 turns over but won't start in NYC 700 1990

My trusty 740GL has frozen while I've been away. I poured dri-gas in the tank but I don't think it's circulating. I am parked on the street and will need to move my car on Thurs. night. Other than waiting for a thaw in the weather or getting my car towed to a shop where I'll be charged an arm and a leg to "warm" my car up, what can I do. Thanks.

do you hear the fuel pump run? maybe it's not ice bound but dead from a bad fuel pump relay. does the car crank? when it does, does it have spark? good luck, chuck.
