960 AC/Heat Fan Motor 900 1994

What would cause the Fan motor not to work at all? What are some checks that I can perform? Fuses are good, all vacuum lines working without leaks, squirrel cage turns freely, all systems are go just no fan turning. 225k and it's always something!

I guess with 225,000. The best thing to do is check the wire that goes to the fan and see if it has 12 volts when the fan is on high. If you get voltage then it is the fan motor. No voltage you need to go and check the fan reostat which is electronic. Check to see that when you turn the fan on after 5 to 15 seconds do you get voltage to the reostat. If yes but no voltage to the motor then it is that. Lastly, it might be the circuit board not sending a signal from the fan switch. Take the circuit board off the controller and look for broken or discolored relays (those little black things, i believe 4) or look for breaks in the circuit board itself. That can be repaired with some wire and solder. Good Luck.
