1990 760 turbo rear speaker access 700

How do I remove a blown rear driver door speaker on my 1990 76o turbo, when you remove the speaker grill the speaker is anchored by bolts with no way to remove except from the other side, thus, i am assuming that a speaker swap requires a door panel removal, and seeing as i do not own a haynes, id rather not rip my car apart, how do i do this?

    they are riveted in place. you have to drill them out.
