'67 122 w/ 99K orig. miles. Don't believe the auto trans has ever been worked on. In the last few weeks, it has begun to kind of shudder between 5 and 15 mph, then goes away. Does it need replacing? Rebuilding? Does anyone have one for sale out there -- or advice? I'm in central California. THANK YOU!

Are you sure it's a gearbox fault, could be something stupid like a frozen UJ on the propshaft.
