Yes it will, the 700 series uses an offset of 25mm vs the 200 20mm so the inner part of the rim will sit a bit closer than a 200 rim of similar width but I've used the 10 spoke 700 rims on a couple of 240s with no problems. I do stick to a max 195 tire on them however.
