Noisy braking 200 1991

I just purchased a 1991 240 wagon with 58,000 miles. Seems great except for the brake noise. It sounds like I am running over the noise bumps to wake you up on a highway. Is this warped rotors, new pads getting broken in, or shot brakes?

I used to have brake noise problem with my 1990 240. sounded like a freight train stopping. The solution was a small jar of copper based anti-seize grease. when doing a brake job a brush some on each side of the shim. never had a problem since.
