Look first on your instrument cluster for a small hole with or w/o a little rubber plug. If you see it, push the button with a ball point pen or small screwdriver. If no hole, then you'll have to go behind the dash as Matthieu says

Hi
according to the faqs the reset buttom is located behind the instrument cluster at the 80 mph mark you can get to this by removing the knee panel and reach for the button. I don't know why my haynes manual doesn't say anything about this light. I don't think your car has OBD1
good luck
